I work with children and young people between the ages of 10-25 years old. I offer a safe, supportive, and nurturing counselling environment for you to bring anything that might be troubling you.

I offer counselling sessions in person or online. The therapy room is located in Ruddington, Nottingham and it is a bright, confidential and safe space.

Finding the right support can be difficult which is why I can offer a free 30-minute telephone call so we can speak about what support you are looking for and what my counselling offers.
